Property Statistics:

In 2010 six properties sold for a total of R17,4m or an average of R2,9m. This was a 3% decline in relation to the previous year, and a 15% decline from thepeak of the market in 2008. To be fair, the number of sales is low, so the validity of the statistics can be questioned.
The highest price in 2010 was R5m for a home in Forest Drive.
No properties have transferred in 2011, but there may be a few that have sold but not registered yet.
